    Mtech 2 replica kits?

Yeah yeah.... i'm sure that this topic is the most posted one. Haha... so i'm gonna make this quick.... i'm looking for websites, companies, and whatever info you got on this topic. I'm trying to figure out whether to get one of these... or just bust my balls modding an OEM one to fit my '87. Thanks.

Mtech 2 bumpers wont fit on your '87 or earlier car without major modification

Neither will stock E30 plastic bumpers.
And I don't just mean they won't bolt on right. Large sections of the rear bumper have to be cut and and new ends fabricated to make them fit.
If you want nicer looking bumpers, tuck them. If you don't want to tuck them, get a 88-91 E30. I have a tech article on how do it, it will soon be listed on this site. In the meantime, you can email me and I will send it to you.

you can probably go all OEM Mtech2 except for the rear apron and rear plastic bumper, which would look stupid with having a diving board on one side and a Mtech2 front, but if you can find a way around that like jordan did i think you could make it all work

Well i have full access to a body shop.... so making the rear ones fit wont be impossible. It will just take time thats all. I just wanted to know of some companies that do replica mtech 2 kits, so that i could see which option would be to my advantage. I mean i'm either buying all OEM and making it work, or i'm buying a kit and making it look well. Either way, i'm lucky to have a body shop at my finger tips.

                          Bimma360....
                          Yo IM me : BMW092
or PM me..... I would like your advice...or Eric Lukas's on the purchase of a used kit...Do you think a used one will have cracks and damage for that price?
I am sooo stuck on dealing with less hassle...I.E. getting a late 88+ Alpina front spoiler "IS" side skirts, Kamei 88 only rear valence, and a 88+ Alpina rear spoiler. I think it'll come out good that way... But the Mtech 2 may make my car a showstopper.

Decisions are soo tough. Esp. when it's a body kit ur thinking about. Kinda just as difficult as selecting the "right" set of rims.

Customs are the main issue with the Mtech 2 kit...What a hassle. It is do-able tho...requires alot of patience.
