US plate filler for Plastic bumpered cars

Alright, I've been searching for the PN but can't find it. I can find all the other 4 PN's, 2 and 4 holed for early and late model cars but thats not what I want

I'd like a picture of the US one, that is black and extends at the rear lights level (sorry kinda confusing), and has 4 holes. Its made for the US plates.

I'd like to see a picture of it on a black car and a part number please??

There are only 4 designs. Then there are also the CF ones from es.
