the po must have bumped into a lot of things because there are hairline crack all along most of the black trim on the bumpers, is this trim fixable/changeable?

Yeah, go get some trim at an auto yard and if you feel spruce it up with some Kiwi leather shoe dye, does wonders.

I guess you are asking if the scuffs/cracks are repairable. They are to some extent, but save the ratty look and buy a set of euro mouldings. The dealer sells them for fairly cheap.
