Convertable fender ?

Would the fender on a 89 325ic be different the fender on an 89 325i?
I know the doors are different but I wasn't sure about the fenders.

the bottom where it wraps around the rocker panel is different.

Hense why they cost 3x what a normal e30 fender costs.

ok cool, the car had a DOT-R fender already on that side. I've only been able to find a cabrio fender so far in the color my dad needs.
