If my chrome window trim is falling off...

...Just replace a bunch of the #13 clips?

The trim (#1) peels away up front sometimes when the door is opened on both sides.

Yes I lost piece #1 once when driving. Just flew off. I used new #13 clips on the front for the new piece.

Btw, getting piece #1 onto the roof frame was really tough for me. The front is easy, but getting it to sit right on the roof edge was really hard and took some banging. I was wondering if there is a special way to do this haha.

Yup - you attach the roof piece first holding the whole trim turned so that the pillar part forms app. 45deg angle with the pillar. And then you slowly yet with some power turn the trim towards the pillar and push it onto it.

      Hard to describe...

Do you have to take the whole trim piece off to replace the clips in the front? Or do you think it could be done with the rear of the trim still attached to the car?

Just pinch the trim with some pliers and snap it back on. The clips never work.

Don't bother, it won't stay. Just crimp it with pliers and snap it back on.
