Dashboard Removal??

Tried to find a thread on how to remove the dashboard but no luck,
Can any one help me out, Pics would be grate, also what is the difficulty rating of doing this?? Between 1 and 10?

There is more to remove if your car is an airbag/abs car as well :) But, it's not too bad. If you do this buy new heater/ac box gaskets. It would be perfect time to replace those.
