    Cabrio interior trim removal?

Today I attempted to rewire my car's speakers...

    I didn't get too far.

I was able to remove the rear seat without issue. However, the panels on both sides of the rear seats are quite a challenge. I was able to pull out the small speaker cover, but I couldn't find a way to take the larger panel out. I don't want to break the thing. Have any of you done this?

after you remove the speaker covers unscrew it and lift up. You have to remove the interior sill panel and seat belt cover.

What is the interior sill panel? Is it the black weather striping? Does it pull right out? I just dont want to break anything. Thanks

sorry I meant the plastic sill panel on the floor that covers the frame. I had assumed you are running the wires down the side. You just have to pull off the weather stripping.

Great. One more Q... how the heck do i remove the sill panel? Do I pry the plastic fasteners out? I was attempting this yesterday but once again I didn't want to break anything. The black things are being a pain and a half to remove.

The clips are two parts, use a flat blade or a putty knife to pull out the center part.
