    seat tilt lever removal?

I need to remove the tilt lever on the seat back. Does it just pop off? What are the odds of breaking it?

It pries straight off. The trim piece behind it pries straight out starting at the top. They are both really strong and shouldn't break.

Thanks - got it. It's a bitch getting the seat back off over the metal lever that remains after the plastic comes off. Actually, easy on the driver's seat with 1 lever, but hard on the passenger seat with levers on both sides - I was afraid the back was going to break stretching it over the metal lever. Any advice when I put the passenger back on?

I will be re-installing mine when my seats get back from the upholstery shop. I will probably bend one side and straighten it back when the back is on.
