Swapping seat covers and heater elements?

I have vinyl comfort seats in my '90 iX coupe. The driver side seat is completly fucked, none of the adjustment works, i have to put wood under the seat for it to be anywhere near driveable position.

i've been having a hard time finding a tan, non-sport, heated seat to swap out for it, so i'm curious.

Can i get the frame of a regular comfort seat out of a coupe, and swap the bolsters and the back? Is this really hard to do? (I took some of the seat apart when trying to fix it, didn't seem impossibly hard)

This car is my winter beater, so i really, really need the heated seats to work. I dont forsee this being a problem to swap, but any help at all would be appreciated.

Are all e30 comfort seats the same?
Is it possible to swap the covers?
Is it hard to retro heated seats (into the seat only, car already has it, as does OEM broken seat)

all comfort seats are the same. There is a thread on here maybe in DIY or seat reupholstery. Plan on doing this sometime for my non heated sports.
