parts swap driver/passenger seats?

I just bought two black vinyl sport seats. Drivers is totally trashed, passengers is relatively good. Question: i want to swap the controls so that the drivers seat is the good one and the passenger seat is trashed. Maybe only put the drivers seat in. Is it possible to swap the controls or the pads to the other frame?

the seats should come apart...just unscrew the 2 phillips on the bottom corners of the hard backing, then the 2 larger phillips screws that hold the seats together...The tops should slide off after you unhook the cables from the seat bottoms. the tops are interchangable and will fit, but the only difference is that the passenger seatback has controls on both sides.

That helps some. Basically i want to use my drivers side seat controls on all of my passenger seat padding (including the bottom part of the seat and bolsters) after looking at it for a bit I am starting to think this impossible w/o any upholstery knowledge, tools or experience. I think I will just get the drivers re-done so I can rock matching seats, , and not be so janky! Thanks

Its easier to swap the bolster foam pieces and fabric than the controls.
