window bummer

My driver's window, and the rear pass. side window are stuck. been for a lil while.
button press, no work.
The car is a 1991 4d 318i. Electric windows.

Any help?

fiddle with the switches and switch bases. sometimes that's all it takes to get them to work

also, do the switch's lights light up?
