Outside seat back 'lifting' in hard corners...

Found this out while putting e30 through it's paces after installation of new parts! Was scary the first time!

While cornering hard in a left hand corner the seatback will lift on the outside. Can just push it back down but obviously something is out of wack. Seats are in GREAT shape otherwise so I want to fix it. DIY? How to?

I can't see the side supports due to the leather and the covers. The seat itself is bolted in. It is only the seat back lifting on 1 side.

Sports? Take the seat back off and tighten the screws that hold the upper section to the frame. My seats were both loose and this fixed it.
