    Damp/Wet Interior

    Hello all!

My 325is seems to be having an issue with incontinence (hee hee).

Anyway, the majority of the floor is wet/damp. This has become quite a nuisance, as it will soon get moldy and smelly come summertime.

I know one area to check (passenger side console area); however, I have water on the driver's side floor as well. Not to mention in the rear driver's side on the floor. What gives?

Is there a main cause to this? If not, what are some notable areas to examine?

    Best,

    Pete

How might I able to do that, if I may ask?

remove kick panels and speakers to see if that area is full of water, if so then you need to unplug the drain holes or do like i did and drill new ones

Having recently done some work on my car, I want to add that it is quite possible for the water to get inside your car through the front doors. Make sure under the door panels you have "anti-water" sheets.

This is on top of the usual : clogged sunroof drains, elephant trunk on the firewall, bad sunroof seals, bad tail light gaskets....
