    Orange Houndstooth? !!!

Thinking about redoing my seats in this material. My car is achatgrun matallic. I think it would look tits! Esp if I accent some bottle caps with a rich orange.

It would be bold without a doubt. But it is a classic color combination. Maybe the b-cap paint would drive it over board. If I go for it I think i'll have to go to black carpet and headliner as well. Just not sure it tan will work so well.

Yeah, i'd say no tan in the int. Change alot of it over to black. Then it may look pretty good with orange houndtooth.

Take it from someone that has done several different interior combos that would be pretty loud. Why not just do black bolster green micro suede centers with green piping or green stitched french seams. Keep in subtle but with a modern update. If you are going for loud and over the top then I would say you are on the right track.

in the words of Eminem: "Some people only see that I'm white, ignoring skill
Cause I stand out like a green hat with an orange bill..."

seriously though, I'm with Kevin, I'd definitely photoshop something and sleep on it before you put the money into an interior that you might not like/get tired of...

I made the mistake of trying to do pink plaid thinking it would be hot... it got old, fast. went back to something more subtle (red houndstooth w/black on calypso)

but it depends on what you're trying to do with it and what you like :)

look forward to some pics when it's done!
