    Interior Install...what went wrong?

Clearly this looks like someone recovered it.

Did the owner forget to put glue etc?

Or it is just the manufacturer for the seat covers.

    Far from looking stock.

Those look suspiciously like Iggees seat covers. For a seat cover I think they look prety good.

$195.00 a piece on sale? I know I could most likely find better for him with a little more money. ;)

              Ouch... Not likely...

Good interior redo is very hard, lining up the piping, stitching etc, is a pain, not to mention the proper fitment so it doesnt look like the winner of "the biggest looser's" extra skin.

Kevin does great work, we are actually starting to quite a bit of work with him, custom pieces as well as entire interiors.

those are definately igee seat covers. I used to have a set. They are the best covers I have seen, but still worlds from new upholstery.

                      Not my car

But I have seen this level of application before.

There was an e30 at bimmerfest with covers just like it. I really did not want to ask the owner about the fitment issues but it resembles what I posted.

Makes me shaky about recovering the seats because they simply look like seat covers. I'm assuming that they are not suppose to be. I just wanted to know whether it was the application or the seats themselves.

Seat covers don't really work unless you're putting foam around the bolsters to fill those areas that have all of those wrinkles and or creases. In the end I guess you get what you pay for.
