    ever smelled the inside of a older mercedes? Tell me that is not a unique smell.

        I've had three E30's, and they all smell like gasoline and mold. They probably smelled better 20 years ago.

            I have no explanation as to why, but I totally agree. Nearly ever 90's Ford I've ever been in smelled rank, no matter how well it was maintained.

            Both of my E30's smell the same, I could definitely tell the difference between a Ford and a random E30 blindfolded.
