    Options for Cloth Interior?

My '88 sedan has vinyl sport seats in front and leather "pass thru" sport seat with headrests in back. Fronts are about a B condition, rear is A. Both are tan.

I live in Las Vegas, and the hard/slick seat surfaces totally suck in the heat. Would like to go to all cloth. What are some cost-effective ways to accomplish that? I'd rather keep the OEM sport seat design, or aftermarket seats with some side support. I don't care about which rear seat design, as long as they are in mint condition. Would like to go with a light color - tan, grey, etc.

I'm assuming that having my current seats upholstered would be the least cost effective approach, but I'm open to any advice from those younger and wiser than myself.

I'm in the process of getting a cloth rear seat for similar reasons. There are several OEM cloth interior colors available in both comfort and sport, tan is definitely one of them. Have a poke through a junkyard, you're bound to find most of a set.

Good info, thanks - however there aren't any BMW-friendly pick-a-parts in Southern Nevada that I know of. Could somebody list a few good ones in SoCal?
