    Any help or suggestions? headliner question

    So i have a regular e30 not an m3, But i was given an almost brand new black headliner out of an m3(my dad got it when he got the full m3 interior just has never put the headliner in). Was talking to my dad and he was saying that the front part shouldnt be a problem but i may run into an issue with the back columns. I have yet to look at the headliner and see what kind of issues i may come into. OR any suggestions or articles about making it fit. I am just looking to see if i can tackle it this weekend while my car is grounded lol. gotta love emissions.

      The only thing I can think of is the brake light, everything should be the same.

          Nope...I don't remember exactly what is different, but the "C" pillars are radically different

              Just looked up some more pictures I thought they just extended the rear speaker deck to get the rear glass like that but the pillars are wider inside too I knew the pillars are wider but somehow I thought the inside was magically the same or had a piece or moulding or something??? Well, he might be able to trim a wider piece to fit the smaller regular body.

                  yeah i just remember him telling me it could be done, but he said i would probably need some help figuring it out. i will be alot closer once i pick the headliner up from him. then i can see physically how much different the rear columns are. :D
