What sort of magic vaders did i buy?

i was takin them apart using these two websites as instructions and noted that my seats dont have the same sort of construction, so my question arises, what sort of magic vaders are these?

My seats dont have the screws at the bottom of the backing, the tilt handles dont pull out, hell it doesnt even have a proper frame. The seat back is fiberglass(?) i believe, which provides the seatback structure. The leather has a plastic rim around it that slots into a ridge on the seat back. Ill try to get pictures in a minute

There are 2 style vaders one with a hardback removable panel the other is a sold hardback and you slide cover section into a groove. The standard e36 sport seat shares the same design shown here.

seems these are vaders from an early m3.

edit: beat me to it, thanks for the info man. does anyone know if theres a weight difference?
