M3 Cluster Install

Hey guys. Wasnt sure to put this here or in the electrical section, but anywho:

Looking at installing an M3 cluster.. is this a plug and play affair? i know i will have to plug in a 6cyl coding plug, and will need to run wires for the oil temp gauge to work, but other than that yes? Have heard you need to read the tacho like it maxes at 7k rpm but that doesnt bother me.. its not a track car.

Anything i should know?

get an e28 m5 coding plug. Otherwise your tach scaling will be off. They're about $25 from the dealer last I checked.
