I noticed today while I was running my moonroof back, that the "clicks" are in the wrong spot. That is to say that the handle used to click when the moonroof was fully closed and seated properly and it would click when the moonroof was rolled as far back as BMW wanted it to go. For those of you that have manual moonroofs, hopefully you understand what I'm talking about. Is there anyway to adjust it back to normal? Thanks for your help, in advance.

Yeah, mine did the same thing. I think I took it back a little too far and now it's making clicks where it shouldn't. As I'm closing it, from all the way open, it'll click when there's about two inches left before it closes. Whereas it used to click once the moonroof was closed and seated properly.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Let me try explaining it a different way.
Anyone know how to get the moonroof back on it's correct track? I've got a manual moonroof and it seems to be off it's correct track. For those of you that have manual moonroof's, when you had the moonroof open and closed it all the way, the handle clicks, letting you know it's seated properly, correct? Mine used to do that, but now it seems to be off by 2 inches or more. Meaning the click in the handle happens earlier than it should. Any known fixes for this?

I completely removed my sunroof and am having trouble getting the sliders parallel. If anyone knows how to get that done, please let me know.
As far as synchronizing the clicks with the sunroof position, if you remove the black trim around the crank, you will see the screw that hold the crank in place. On the sunroof transmission body, just to the passenger side of the plastic base of the sunroof crank, there is a flush flat-head screw.
What you do is the following: move the sunroof crank the amount of rotations back to anticipate the final position with the clicks and the sunroof crank in the proper position. Then remove the plastic base screws of the sunroof crank, but leave the crank on. Then loosen the set screw....the crank will move freely now...move the crank to the position it should be in for the clicks to sync. with the position of the sunroof panel. Then tighten the screws for the crank base, and tighten the set screw and try it.
This is a trial and error process.
