    Real Sparco's vs. Fakes

Hey everyone.. I know a lot about a little amount of things, however I have know idea how to tell the difference between real and fake seats. I'm looking at buying a pair of seats that are being sold as real Sparcos. However, I don't know what to look for. Any input would help.

I always thought Sparco seats actually had "Sparco" stitched into the seat.

I did too, but the leather ones may have the option due to the price.

I guess the best way to know would be to call Sparco with the part number under the seat.

Where would I look for a part number? Is there a set knob or or lever style Sparco uses? I see these are triangles for the adjuster..

I would suspect that they are rip offs, Sparco's would have a tag stitched into the seam that says Sparco, if it's not embroidered into the seat. They're should be numbers under the seat bottom.

There is a tag in the pic with the coushin lifted up. I will compare the stitching and post

sparcos have "sparco" embossed into the seatbelt loops.... I doubt the knockoffs would go that far... just a thought
