Custom Gauge clusters

So my problem is I am 6'2" and my MOMO wheels is so small! I can't see most of my speedo or tacho. I dont care about any of the warning lights so they can go. I want a big tach centered and a digital speed on the side then put all the non-essentials under the hvac panel. Is this possible without a very expensive race setup? Are there any mostly plug-n-play gauges out there?

Might be a better option. I've been looking at getting one for the same reason w/ the added benefit of getting some clearance between the wheel and the wiper stalk.
