I like the unique part of the sheet metal door cards (or what ever material they are). BUt I think the stock door card design is well thought out, I dont think I could get rid of it.Leave a comment:

Hey Josh! It's actually 1/8" Dibond (also goes by the name of Alupanel) It's a hybrid aluminum panel, a plastic core sandwiched by two thin sheets of aluminum. Very strong and light for being 1/8", very easy to route/jigsaw/cut.
If you like where it's going, you can follow my e36 build thread over on BF.c...
I will be doing my e30 panels Late Dec/ early January I think, since the coupe's door panels are camel colored, and pretty beat up too.Leave a comment:
