i have tried searching but can't come up with a sure answer. what steering wheel is this? how much is it worth?

Stock 3-spoke. $25 or so if it's in good shape.

It looks like ZM is right it looks to be missing the leather. And even if it had it that isnt a rare part at all. I would pay $15.

It IS missing leather. That is not the seam, that is the indent in the rubber that allows for the leather fold and stitching to recess so that the leather itself is flush and smooth when installed. I have an M-Tech 1 missing leather, and the rubber rim has the same detail at the bottom.

Note: there is no stitching on the inside of the rim.

yea i noticed that, i would have never known if someone didn't point it out. imo it feels very comfortable without it.

I had a bunch of these and I peeled the leather off and it looked just like the picture.

I chucked 4 of them into the garbage because they weren't worth re-wrapping.
