Seeking opinions on vinyl work thus far

So I have stripped the interrior outta my cabrio, and I am recovering the vinyl parts. I laid 1/2" padding down on the door panels, then covered them in beige marine vinyl. I also stiched the outer pattern into the panel. I was wondering if you guys (or gals) think it looks good like this, or If you would stich the rest of the horizonatal lines into the door (along with the other perimeter one).

NOTE: I have no machine, so I am hand stiching this. I spent about 3 hours on what you see. I have to use pliers to get the needle through.

So just let me know what you guys think. I know my opinion is the only one that matters since it is my car, but I want to know what everyone thinks.

Way to puffy, and the wrinkles make it look pretty bad IMHO

I am from portland, and I am going to school in klamath falls. I am going to use a heat gun to get the wrinkles out.

I appreciate you honesty guys. Would be lousy as in my workmanship, or that I should finish the stitching up?

I think you should definetly do the horizontal stiching. Maybe that will help...

I am trying to cover the handle for the driver's door right now. Does the panel look better now that the wrinkles are gone? One thing about the door. My camera flash is making the vinyl look really glossy, and much much more round. It doesn't look like a marshmello in real life.

I am almost done with the tonneau cover. I just need to do a little more work with the heat gun on the driver's side. (you can see some inconsistancy in the inside edge of the driver's side)

In the first pic you can also see the kickpanel. I am going to upgrade to aftermarket components later, and I will put the grills that they come with over the hols in the kickpanels.

Thanks for all of the feedback guys. One thing that would be helpful in future posts is WHY it looks bad.

Looking better, I would add the horizontal stitching though.

The rear piece look good and the door panels are coming along. Definitely needs the horizontal stitching to make it better. I can't believe you are doing that by hand though. You have WAY more time/patience then I do.
