4door seats in 2 door?

I am wondering if 4 door sport seats will fit in a 2 door. I have a vert and need the seats to flip forward so wondering if there is any way to get the 4 door seats to do this.

itll "fit" but the fronts will not fold forward. so if your not planning on having passengers sit in the back, your good to go.

You have sedan sport seats? They are fairly uncommon. I dont think I have ever seen any in person.

They are common in EU. In the states, I haven't seen them often either her in the US.

a guy i know has them. they are recaros and yes from a 4 door

yup, 4 door sport seats are common here.. no different from the 2 door ones, just without levers to fold seats forward.

this guy is willing to sell me these. he suggested that i swap over the mounting brackets. He thinks they will work then. I am not sure on that.

if im correct, all e30 seats are interchangeable. but sedan seats won't have the fold down option like coupes do.

the owner of the seats told me they don't have the lever to fold forward. He said that if I used the brackets from my current sport seats they would fold forward, but I believe he is incorrect in that.

You would have to kit bash the two sets together and would take some time.

What is wrong with you Vert seats? How much and where are the 4 door sports located?

i need to get my vert seats reupholstered. I figured I could probably get replacements instead of the $5-600 it would cost to get them redone. It is a guy in RI that has the seats. Not sure what he wants for them. I bought my current engine from him so he was going to give me a deal.
