NEED HELP AND FAST!

I took my car to the carwash today and they broke my damn seat belt. I'm pretty pissed off about it. It's the driver side too so that makes it a lot worse. It's in the locked position and it won't budge. I can't pull it back or try and clip it =( any way to fix this without buying a whole new seat belt?

i dunno dude but if it were me id sue those bastards. the thing is only what??? 15 years old. it should last forever
stuff wears out dude. it was a coincidence. better to fail now than in an accident
