Temporary seat swap?

So my driver's side sport seat mechanism has failed, I'm thinking about dismantling it to see if i can fix it, but need to be able to drive it in the meantime. Can I swap it with the passenger seat without too much trouble? Can the seatbelt receptacle be switched to the wrong side of the seat? Also worried about the levers, which will be on the wrong side, will it install?

Takes ~10 minutes to do the swap. Seatbelt receptacle is held on by one 17mm (maybe 19mm?) bolt, and fits on the other side.
The levers will be on the wrong side, yes. Biggest problem is to adjust the leg support on the seat, because it's kind of tight between it and the center console, but it's no big deal.
