    New Seats!

Swapped out the standard seats in my 325i for a set of sport seats...shampooed the carpet whilst doing so...then took it in to have the seats reupholstered and butt warmers added. SO please with the results!!!!!

Here are the original seats...as you can see the driver's side seat was SHOT!

Took the old seats out and cleaned the carpets up nicely...

Put the sport seats I picked up back in after the carpets dried...

    New and improved!!

The location of the seat warmer switch...

    Another shot...

For anyone in or around the Knoxville area, I used Precision Window Tint Seats n Stuff. They did exceptional work, very reasonable pricing, I can't think of one complaint.

Looks great. Why not an OEM switch and location?

I like the switch location. It makes better sense than the way they are oem.

Nothing like a fresh interior. I guess next is ordering some new oem mats.

I have no idea where the warmers came from, the shop I took it to for the reupholstery job ordered and installed them.a

              Its an aftermarket kit.

I did think about getting a set of OEM warmer switches, but the guy that did the work said he wasn't sure how easy it would be to hook up the switches and it would have cost more money anyway...which i didn't have. So, I dont mind the aftermarket switches. They are small enough and in an inconspicuous enough location that they really look quite nice.

I like the switch location as well. Mind if I ask how much it cost for the entire setup?

It was just a tad over 1,000 for the entire set up.

Not sure if its what you used or not but Roadwire makes a great seat warmer kit.

Were those seats re-upholstered in vinyl or leather? How much for just the seats?

Went with vinyl, leather was substantially more per seat and that just wasn't in the budget right now. The faux leather vinyl looks and feels great, and it doesn't require all the maintenance of real leather. It was around $325 per seat just for the reupholstery...I think real leather was going to run close to 600 per seat.
