Went with vinyl, leather was substantially more per seat and that just wasn't in the budget right now. The faux leather vinyl looks and feels great, and it doesn't require all the maintenance of real leather. It was around $325 per seat just for the reupholstery...I think real leather was going to run close to 600 per seat.
Thank you for the response man, my Brother does auto/home furniture upholstery and is probably looking to move out to Virginia or North Carolina and was also wondering if prices were pretty competitive there and it seems like they are.
