The last one I pulled was like #4, and it was the first to not break for me.

If I ever get good enough to do it repeatably, I will take fotoz.

In the meantime, sorry. Got nothing.

    Closing SOON!

Ive done 2 or 3 prior to this one. Ive been able to get the damn thing clipped in before but for some reason this one will not clip back into the front.

Im starting to think there may be different styles of panels. The car is an 89, the panel is from an 84-86.

Joe I might need your help with mine, probably be pulling it out tomorrow if I can find a rust free sunroof panel somewhere local.

          uh, no thanks!

jk, its not too big of a job. You'll need torque bits, i want to say around 5 or 6mm, and a wobble extension. 6 bolts.

          1) Open the sunroof half way, pull down on the front of the headliner, it will pop.
          2) Push the headliner back into the roof panel.
          3) Locate the 6 bolts, 3 on either side.
          4) R&R
          5) Get angry when the sunroof headliner wont go back on.

NOTE: DONT REMOVE THE WEATHERSTRIPPING UNLESS YOU NEED TO REPLACE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It always breaks, and its about $80-100 to replace.
