Automatic shift knob options?

Does anyone know which shift knobs/handles from other BWM models fit the E30? I hate the look and feel of the stock shift handle (plastic and flimsy), and I know BMW put leather handles in other models (like the Z3) but I am not sure which ones fit. I prefer leather and am not really interested in wood, metal or other finishes.

If anyone has installed a different one, I would love to see a picture. Otherwise, thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

P.S. - no plans to swap to a manual transmission anytime soon, so no need to offer that suggestion!

That one is identical to the one I have now. I should have clarified that I have the E30 leather handle now, but even that one just doesn't feel heavy/solid enough for me. That is why I was asking if other BMW handles will work.
