Door trims

What's interchangeability of door trims for manual and power window winders? I have a line on some door trims for power window to fit to my e30 with manual winders.

I don't recall actually seeing an E30 with power winders. In some pics I have seen the power switches on the centre console. Do any come with power switches on the door? I seem to recall pics of doors trims with what looks to be covers over holes, like these:

the holes cover where the emergency window tool/ manual window crank go... i dont know the breakdown of which have the plate and which dont....

My 4-door has all 4 window switches on the center console (2 on each side of the shifter) and the back seats have button on the doors as well. I don't believe there is an iteration with buttons on the front door cards.
