      1. First, You need to take your entire HVAC panel off.
      2. Above the ashtray/storage area there are 2 screws one on each side. Remove those.
      3. Next, remove you Hazard, Fader, Defrost, and etc. switches from the top of the HVAC panel. There is a screw in the one furthest to the right and another one, one over from the furthest left. They are small. Remove those.
      4. Now, remove the airflow control knobs by pulling on them. Then pry out the panel that is right behind them. You will see four screws. Remove them.
      5. Now your almost there, the panel right below your intrument cluster has two nuts on the back, you shold only have to remove the one furthest to the right (closest to the HVAC panel). It overlaps, so it needs to be loose in order to remove the panel. By this time I hope you realized you will need to have removed your radio/cd player/tape deck.

The panel should now come out. There may be some wires you will need to unplug/untangle etc. There are four screws attaching the OBC to the panel from the back. Remove these and your done. Reverse directions for installation.

Atleast, this is how I did it...

Depends which model? OBC? 9 button or the smaller one? You don't have to remove the whole HVAC panel, lower glove box, remove upper and side glove box trim pieces, pull radio, now you can get to the 4 screws that hold the deluxe panel in.

Ah, okay. I wasn't sure if they could be reached from behind. But now atleast MLADEN has three different ways to try.
