Need seat rebuild info...

Hello,
So got a nice almost perfact set of vinle black seat in my car
but as good as the vinal may look, the seat frames seem to be falling apart.

Is it possable to pull them apart to rebuild or tighten them up.

The seat backs are lose from the joints, and the lower seat frames stick
and are hard to move.

I looked for a rebuild or a write up on them and have found nothing
so any little amount of info will help
