Need help/opinion about a Recaro seat

First, I've tried to identify it by looking thru the Recaro Garage sticky but couldn't find one that exactly match and/or got confused with so many different styles and materials to make my head spin. So, someone help 1) identify the specific model; 2) what it'll take to make it fit in an E30 (Janderson's adapter?); 3) finally, is $150 a good buy?

I have all black interior but have tan Sport seats just for the fronts as the standard seats that were in the car were terrible. I have perfect black Sport seat for the passenger already but haven't been able to find a matching drivers-side so I'm thinking of going with this one. TIA for any suggestions.

I really hope you picked that up. It looks to be in great condition. Plus they are just darn cool looking.
