switching fabric from passengers seat to drivers?

how easy is this to do? it's vinyl.

Im planing to do this too someday, have extra sport seats laying around. should be easy though as long as you dont tear them up when removing from the donor seat.

-remove covers and panels
-remove hog rings

Not hard - but somewhat time-consuming..
