Seat tracks...jammed

So with the front vinyl comfort seats out of my car, I went to put them back on. Aligned the front of my passenger seat on to the bolts, then I noticed the rails were Not aligned with each other, sideways.
Finally got them aligned, tried going back and fourth on the tracks while sitting down and they are JAMMED. Any ideas of how to free them up again?

I've tried EVERYTHING. I tried unjamming it, it stabbed me right by my veins in my wrist. I bled. I am at my wits end, does anyone know wtf may be up?

are the bolts all the way in?

I had a similar issue what I did was take the seats out, make sure the tracks were aligned and then spray the shyte out of them with PB blaster then got some mechanical grease to them. Worked like a charm afterwards. But all check to see if the "teeth" are releasing when you pull the leaver to bring the seats back and forwards.

Bump. Guys, these seats were working perfectly before I removed them from the car.
Now, the up/down function (other than reclining) won't work either.
They don't move freely down the tracks either, they appear to sit crookedly.
The passenger seat is worse though, it won't move back and forth in a straight line at all..
