    Deleting A/C buttons

So I ripped out my a/c, and still am looking to remove all the hoses in the interior. I remember seeing a pic of a car that deleted the a/c and recirc buttons with a blank panel (Janderson's car maybe?). My question is what happens to the recirc? I like the idea, but I'm pretty sure that recirc button moves a servo somewhere under the dash. If anyone has done this do you just stick it in freshair mode before you remove it?

I would leave the switch in there. The ac button makes for a very useful OEM switch to turn on an aftermarket auxiliary fan. The loss of that switch wont effect anything but its not going to save you any weight or anything.

But you probably dont want to hear my opinion on keeping it. What I would do is make sure the switch is in the fresh air setting, pull the switch out and toss on a blank plate.

Technically you would loose weight because the blank delete panel weights less than the button.

I think you can use the same blank panel pieces that fit in the spots next to the hazard and rear defrost switch.
