I'm sure somebody else has done this before also but I did a sport driver seat from "tan" to "pearl beige" and it looked good but the everyday driving wore the paint off the bolster section pretty quick. I'll bet the red would come through too with daily driving, good luck!
Properly done, a long time. My bro bought a 1970 2002 that had black vinyl E21 fronts seats in it. It was his daily for a while and after a few years he found some E21 recaros. When i took out the standard E21 seats i learned they were actually tan vinyl seats that were dyed black, they still looked perfect. The dye gets into the vinyl (unlike paint) and is pretty permanent.

Which product did you use to dye them pearl beige? I am looking to dye all of my interior the same color back to pearl beige.....
SEM Is what I would recommend when it comes to dying any part of the vinyl interior.
However, there are other products out there. You can't rush the job. The prep is everything! if you do a poor prep the color will go on but it will wear off or possibly peel gradually. I've used dupli color on my carpets and so far it has held up. but lets be real; if you abuse the carpet how long do you think it should hold up for? put some floor mats down where high traffic occurs. As well for the seats, prep them properly especially focus more on the high wear areas such as the left upper and lower outer bolster on drivers seat. Take your time, prep properly. and then paint. it's elbow grease and will probably take you a better part of a day. You can use spray baum or air gun. Air is better but if you're good with a rattle can I can't see why not.
Before deciding to dye the leather interior-different dye then vinyl. If you have pearl leather that is. Consider the texture of the leather. If the leather is crusty and old dying it will be a waist of money. Best to have it re-upholstered. Although the paint may look nice for a while on the seat it will still be a shitty feel. But if you have vinyl, then this obviously won't matter. :-)
