Mounting a bucket seat - Recaro side mounts

From what I've read one can simply bolt in recaro side mounts directly to the floor to mount any FIA bucket.

Does the seat line up with the steering wheel this way? Or do you need to flip one of the brackets?

I used four separate brackets. But I did bolt them right to the floor. And yes they are turned to the inside. IE the vertical part is inside and the base is showing on the floor. HMMM Ill get a pic if you need,
