I want to rewire my rear speakers and I do not know how to get that thing off. It's the plastice part with the rubber weather stripping that goes against the door on the bottom. Thanks.

Are you talking about the rubber weather stripping covering the edge of the kick-panel? If so, just pull the rubber stripping away. It will just pull back. It doesn't need anything special.

just pops off..... unless you are talking about the speaker grille... that has a screw that holds it on and you have you pull the wheather stripping off from above it...
