Swapping Sport Seat Parts

My driver's side sport seats are pretty well trashed. The leather has big rips and the recliner mechanism is busted. I haven't seen any on eBay that match my color (grey) and actually look any better. I did see a nice looking passenger side the other day though.

If I get another passenger side seat, how many of the parts can be swapped into the driver's side? I assume the cushions and upholstery is interchangeable, but can I swap any of the mechanical parts between them?

You can use the passenger seat itself, just switch the buckles (no I'm not sure how to do this, just relaying stuff I've read) and you'll have to squeeze your hand in to adjust it but...how often do you have to do that?

nope, can't swap the mechanicals..the material is the only thing along with the seat back.
