NRG Thin Quick Release with Momo Wheel

I just got my NRG Thin Quick Release. Install went fine, just had to change some of the wiring on the stuff they provided for the horn.

It is nice and stiff but the only complaint I have is that it takes quite a bit of force to turn the collar to get the steering wheel unlocked and off.

Anyone have this one? Can you elaborate on that issue? I only ever had the 1st/2nd Gen quick release, a lot easier to get off but pretty bulky.

A couple questions.

Did you have an airbag or non-airbag wheel stock?

How does the wheel sit compared to a stock wheel (i.e. how fad forward or back does it sit compared to stock)?
