nice, I'm waiting to find a 2 door center console so I can fab it up to fit the 4 door e36 bezel.

Me too actually. Seems like it might look a little weird with the contours of the console though (I haven't seen it done yet).

Yeah, the bezels do have the little curve in them. I'm hoping it's, either, not too noticeable or that I can possibly shave them down a tad. I just want to keep the 4-door bezel...

You need the flat switch bezels, the come from the sunroof switch and the rear seat window switches, #4.

The part number is 61-31-1-387-996. They will run about $2.25 each from the dealer, Blunt or Levent can probably get them cheaper.

                Then they sit flat:

And for those who want wiring info and a walkthrough, here's my write-up:

                      Maybe OT but.......

Can you tell me, if the lock button is as easy as clampling 2 male ends and plugging them in, to the original harness?

Yeah, I have two of those already, I'm just hoping to keep the 4-door button "pod." Maybe I can fill in the curves, or something. I'll figure it out when I get around to it.

I got some blue and white base switches for mine, but I have read somewhere that one of the switches wont light up????? Like it doesn't have a bulb in them to light them up. Which ones are better to use, the blue or the white switches????
