How to remove the rear seatbelt holders???

I am recovering the rear seat and I am trying to figure out how to remove the seatbelt holders without damaging them. Can anyone please tell me how?

In answer to my own question... They are held in by molded in and grooved pins. There is no practical way to get them off without damaging them. I lifted them enough and cut the pins and plan to replace them with new units. They are less than $10 a piece.
