Steering Wheel Restoration

I have acquired an original momo bennetton F1 wheel ( the yellow, green, blue, and red one, and no its not a harliquin) but its in pretty rough shape. the red is in goos shape and the blue is decent, but the green has cracks and is a bit faded and the yellow is almost completely faded and down to the leather its self i believe. I want to preserve the originality of the wheel at all costs so Im seeing what I should do and what options are out there. I cleaned it with diluted rubbing alcohol and water and it didnt do a whole lot but thats all ive done. Any ideas? Thanks

You might want to check out leatherique. They have different stains and restoration kits. I did my seats and they came out real nice.

biggest issue is finding the right color dye, bright yellow? green? blue? Leatherique only sells black for steering wheels

If the leather is too far gone it might be worth having it recovered by someone good. Otherwise with the bright colors I imagine it will be hard restore.
