Rate, don't hate

I have a lead on a solid interior and am hoping I can get something out of mine to put towards the purchase of the new stuff. I need you guys to rate my interior and give me and idea what a reasonable price for it would be.

Here are the pics. Because of the flash everything looks slightly worse than in real life.















The weird stitching issue in the back seat is almost imperceivable in real life.
The seats seem to do all their functions properly. They are still very comfortable. This is a 318is so all manual, no heat, and vinyl.

I know its rough.

Maybe $150-200 to someone that intends to recover everything, but even your door panel backings look jacked up.

Both drivers side panels are jacked up. The back on is in half. It will go to the trash can. The front driver card is solid but the vinyl is obviously toast. The passenger side panels are both good.
