any e46 drivers

If you have an e46 or access to one with the sport seats can you measure the width and see what it is. I am thinking about different seat options i can get. these must be heavy as hell though but i think they are beautiful.

Just went out and measured them for ya.

~20.5" at the widest point of the upper section, ~22" including the base for the bottom. I rounded each half-inch up for safety.

They are some comfy ass seats.

thank you very very much. just from looking at them i would imagine they would look similar to vaders sitting in an e30, size wise. more suportive imo.

The leatherette E46 sports are also a lot grippier than Vaders, IMO.

Right now i am thinking this is the seat i am going to go with. The only thing i dont like is the weight and the fact that i have to wire them up. I shouldnt be saying anything about weight when i have heavy ass 17's.

whats the actaul weight, I have some wieght gain to work with haha. my car is pretty damn light.

Get manual ones! They weigh much less, and adjusting them is much better than E30 sports.

I installed an e46 black leatherette sport seat in my old 85 eta.
Pretty comfy, sits a bit higher than the e30 seat, even in the lowest setting.

I have never seen non power seats, i would deff rock those. The tan (Sand) leather looks close in color to e30 tan color. i would prob just get black and keep my two ton. Are the manual ones rare?
